As we enter 2026, I want to take a moment to reflect as each year brings its own sets of challenges and opportunities. Last year was no different.
We saw clients investing in senior-level talent while in many cases simultaneously navigating balance sheet pressures in a new and challenging global trade environment brought even more importance to finding the right person. Meanwhile, fears of sector instability and stubbornly high mortgage rates remained hurdles to recruiting and relocating passive candidates. Still, we adapted and got it done – nearly 75 times this year. And I'm so proud of our team for their perseverance, drive and attention they paid to the needs of our clients and candidates along the way.
The need for on-demand, Interim talent remained strong this year as well. In fact, it’s clear that more clients and candidates are interested in this model. For candidates, it offers flexibility and control. And for clients, it’s a great way of quickly solving short-term leadership gaps, critical program support and the need for additional executive horsepower.
As we embark on the new year and take a little time off to recharge and enjoy the holidays, we remain committed to supporting your success and building lasting relationships. I would also like to thank all the clients who entrusted us with critical assignments in 2025. Solving challenging recruitment missions is what our team is built for, and we appreciate the partnership and support you provided this year.
