Where’d the time go? I’d like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for entrusting Stiles Associates since I started in 1995. Executive recruiting is a people business, and reflecting over the last three decades has made me appreciate the relationships I’ve built in that time. I also want to thank all of my Stiles Associates teammates from over the years. You continue to inspire me every day and I’m proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with you as we help our clients land exceptional leaders who enable growth and transformation. But there’s still a lot to do. I’m having weekly conversations with folks who have critical needs – especially in supply chain – but are unsure if permanent hires make the most sense right now. This is why clients have been asking us about Interim solutions for those types of scenarios, like we just did with a fuel storage tank company that needed an immediate methods and opportunities assessment. That person just completed their assignment and our client couldn’t be happier. These kinds of results are what motivate me every day.
